Ireland Day Fifteen

We woke up early again and had all of our things packed and ready to go. We headed off to Dingle right off the bat. The drive was the best part for sure. We drove through this what they call mountain pass and I would call it more of a hill with a windy road on the side. It was called Conner Pass. It was indescribable. The rolling hills with the lush green colors and soft rolling mist. It was like being in a movie. The air there smells and feels so crisp and clean. It is so fresh! We even had cows circle our car as they were being lead down the road by their farmer on his bicycle. We saw waterfalls and grotto's just hanging out on the side of the road every ten feet I swear. Another thing about Ireland is there are castles everywhere, they are as common as McDonalds in the U.S. and I am not exaggerating.
We made it to Dingle and took the opportunity to walk around all the little shops and enjoy the ambience of a really cute little town. It was a little overcast and spit every now and then but I expected nothing less. We bought some great finds and had lunch at a really sweet little cafe. I had lovely peppermint tea and everyone else enjoyed a delicious lunch. We shopped a little more and walked around the streets. I bought some fresh seafood chowder and had that for lunch. So good! We finally decided it was time to leave and literally sped the whole way back to get the car turned in on time. Which we were late but they let it slide. We boarded our flight and were on our way home. Never to forget our lovely Ireland getaway! I will always have a special place in my heart for the beauty and charm that is Ireland!
